Karan Johar's 'silent Sword' On Aib

The AIB Knockout trio- Karan Johar, Arjun Singh, Ranveer Singh- has been on a pin-drop silence trip. They haven't responded to the flak which is still coming to them- left, right and centre- for their participation in the show.

Only yesterday, Aamir Khan slammed them. Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist said:  "I have not yet seen that roast but I've heard about it. I have seen just two to three clips. But I am deeply affected. I was most disappointed in what I was hearing. I completely believe in freedom of speech but we should understand that we have a certain responsibility. There was a lot of violence in the event (Read: AIB). Violence is not just physical, it is also verbal and mental. When you insult someone you are perpetuating violence. Maine unko (Karan Johar) daanta. Mujhe ye funny nahi laga. I am not a 14-year old who will be impressed by gaalis."

Finally, Karan Johar has surfaced to speak on it. Or rather, not to speak on it?

Karan has tweeted what silence means to him.

The tweet reads:

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand that the tweet in question is with reference to the AIB Knockout.

Karan is in London giving finishing touches to the script of his next film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. A friend of the filmmaker says, "He will be back in Mumbai in the next eight days."
